Sunnyside
Sunnyside is a lovely area of SE Fresno, with everything from historic older estates to move-in-ready, affordable entry-level homes. The nucleus of Sunnyside is the historic Sunnyside Country Club. Founded in 1911 Sunnyside is one of the oldest and still successfully operating private clubs west of the Mississippi. As you head west of the Sunnyside you’ll wind through beautiful open land dotted with agriculture farms and horse property.
